Piggy bank in the game is optional incentive feature. And not a permanent part of the game. Therefore it may take break, disappear or may be replaced any time.
But at the moment it is not completely out and as kiara mentioned above it is having a break and will appear any time soon.

Many players have reported that their piggy bank is missing. Some players have reported that it came back so be patient. Hopefully yours will come back soon.

Hello @mwb9663 and a very warm welcome to this wonderful King Community. I too will sometimes use my piggy bank to help me in the various King games and it can be frustrating when it disappears or when the maximum amount of gold that is in them changes. As everyone has stated above, this feature is constantly being reviewed and tested so just be patient and hopefully it will return soon. In the meantime, there are various special offers available in the game that are separate from the bank and you may find one of them useful.
