Leavers? What do you mean?

If "leavers" you mean "golden bars" then when your piggy bank is available, you can choose either to unlock for the amount stated, or keep playing and fill it with more golden bars. You will notified once the piggy bank is full (60 golden bars). Then you can buy 60 golden bars at a very low price
