not possible to synchronise the game on my devices

    Do you have the other pic in any other account and the game is switching between accounts and therefore also changing the pic. I can see that you have had the game connected to both Facebook, a King account and also your Apple-ID.

    The apple id was wrong. I made a mistake and had have mixed the device from my wife with my game. That problem is solved. My wife has a new account. I used an other picture when I installed candy diamonds. It was this one.

    Candy crush saga doesn't synchronize any more. The only way is to sign out and sign in the game by facebook. Than the games are synchronized. Than this picture appears and I can' t see the pictures of my facebookfriends in the game but strange avators.
