Actually there was an issue on all point scoring levels and the fix has now been launched and it is coming to various devices. So in some devices it has reached and some are still in pipeline. Its a complicated process but our studios are continuously working on it. So hopefully it will be applied to all the devices soon.

It would have been nice if the guy who was emailing me from support had been aware of this problem instead of suggesting that it was a difficult level and I should just keep trying to complete it when it was impossible to do so.

I, too, have been having issues. I'm on level 5473 & you need 1,000,000 points to win, but all the countdown bombs only give you 540 points, so it is impossible to achieve. And this is supposed to be an easy level! I have tried doing the force stop to the app & restarting my tablet. Still didn't work. Frustrating. Guess I just have to wait for them to fix the problem...

Still not fixed.
Now on 5231, same problem. I've exploded 4 colour bombs and can't get close to 220,000.
