I tried to get the gold bars from the piggy it took the $2.99 out of my account but did not give me the gold bars. I would appreciate one or the other back

Don't forget to add your Game User ID to the email so Player Support will find your game.
Okay guys! You again took my money but did not give me the purchases! This has been happening for 2 months and you keep telling me you will fix it but you don't. It did let me have a .99 purchase but not the 2 purchases of $2.99 each. This is not a problem with my payment methods. I use the same ones on Farm Heroes with no problems. It is not that the money is not in the account. You get the money! I have to ask for the refund. Come on guys! This needs fixed and your communications with loyal gamers is terrible!!!!!!!!!!

I apologize as I commented in the wrong game apparently. I was meaning to communicate with Pet Rescue. Again, so for bothering you. I have done everything including emailing direct. This is something that they just don't seem to care to fix. But, not your problem and again sorry. And, yes, I get a refund through Facebook but that really isn't the issue. It is a problem with their game.
