Very sorry but i am also not having this event. So no information on that.
For any missing rewards the only correct forum is to contact player support. Go to the settings of your game application and contact player support directly from your game application. Send them email please dont forget to mention the event/ feature name and your game id so that they can have access to the required data.

@Nora_Canty Hi and welcome, Not sure what Star tournament is ? not a feature i can think of unless you can explain a little more. As for your prize we have nothing to do with this as this would be the game studio that decides the rewards etc. We can only help and advise you on issues within the game
