Synching Candy Crush Saga with all devices using Facebook Account

I thought I had Synched Saga across all my devices by using my FB account on all devices. Account Settings states that "your game is being saved now that your account is lined with Facebook". However, when I transfer to my ipad it shows level 770 where on my Mac Book Pro is states level 801 and my win streak shows 11 but level 5 won't go as complete on the Mac Book. This is why I was going to switch to ipad but I shouldn't have to play all those levels again.

    @sheilanat Hi and welcome, Please see post below on why your levels mat be different on two devices. It also can take some time for them to sync correctly if you change device to quickly

    I sometimes have this problem with my iphone and windows 10 games syncing and have to switch my iphone off on back on then enter the game for it to register correctly

    Hello @sheilanat and good day to you.

    Noted that you have different progress level in your iPad and Mac Book.

    On your iPad, please do the following:-

    • Log out of your Facebook/King account via the Settings menu.
    • Close the game down
    • Turn your device off for 10 seconds and then switch it back on again.
    • Reopen the game and log back into Facebook.

    Hope the above steps help sync the level in your iPad to level 801.
