This level is a jelly level. When I played this one, I also stucked in this level for a week.
You can see, the board has 2 cake bimbs and a striped candy cannon. You should clear two cake bombs immediately which can help you remove most of the blockers.
Indeed, this level needs some luck to play. Hopefully, I can help you.

most of the videos are used boosters... or some videos are the old versions

Each website in the languages can be different. Maybe the player fiondet something in his language !!! He can then get in touch here!

The game is rigged so stripes go in wrong direction, or even worse the only moves are on the wrong side of the board.I have had enough, I think I'll just delete the game and find something else to do.

If they find the video, they don't need to find other players to help...
Btw, the striped candies can spawn both two directions

The game expert that replied is not anywhere near this level, perhaps their expertise is in another game or something.
But here's a video for this one, see how that player did it; YMMV.
And it appears that you get a slightly nerfed version of it (one extra move) as compared to the video.
Give it another shot, have fun; enjoy...

this video starts with loads of boosts, if buying boosts is the only way to finish that's even more reason to quit.

In my opinion, hard level is a challenge
. If all the levels are easy, it is meaningless.
but of course, please don't make the levels to be ridiculous.... or impossible
