I'm on the level 8043. However, it's shut down with a message "Oops" and I can't play it any more. It's repeated more than 10 times. How can I over come this?

I assume you are referring to Candy Crush Saga and not AlphaBetty Saga, so I moved you post from AlphaBetty to the Candy Crush Community.

Level 8043 will be fixed today in Candy Crush Saga!
