I can’t send nor receive lives via Facebook 👉 Update your game!

Hi I am still having this issue with the game , I have updated my phone and when I try to log into Facebook when the link appears , it asks for a code, when I click send code , it says page isn’t valid .

I am unable to send lives to friends but I can receive lives. My inbox has 8 lives to friends that I have tried to send Manu times but they won't send

I'e done everything. I'm playing on the Facebook platform and you don't appear to have updates for that. I'm not able to send or receive gifts since they've made the changes. :(

Sorry to hear that @ChrissiE12 . Since my tips don't work for most players, I recommend you to get help from Candy Crush Saga community managers @Crazy Cat Lad and @Pounawea . They may be able to help you fix this issue in your game. Also ask Candy Crush Saga game expert for tips. Here are my tips:

1. Update your game 2. Uninstall and reinstall 3. Send letter to support 4. Create your own king account.

Hope this works. If not, ask Community Managers and Game experts for tips. This technical issue has been going around for a while and should be fixed soon.
