@Kay_Kupkake Hi and welcome, Although i think contacting customer support to look into your issue is a good thing and also they may be able to help you with your purchase i think this may take a few days.
In my experience uninstalling nearly always fixes this issue so i would try again while waiting for support. when you uninstall make sure you restart your device before reinstalling again and hopefully you may find it will work. Also if you lose your progress do not worry as there are ways to recover this if needed,
