App closing when watching an ad

@LightningNCL Hi and welcome, please check your game is up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear your cache. the log out and restart your device and then log back in

Also make sure you have at least 2gb of storage space on your device

Hi dear please note that video ads feature is a bonus feature and sometimes there are temporary issues in this. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon.

one of the adds work { englebert strauss} the others dont

It is all up to date anf I'm paying on the phone as on pc you don't have ads that bring rewards. But this afternoon when I started playing, all back to normal. Without any update or clearing the caches and cookies.
