App closing when watching an ad

It's not working. Every time I try to watch ads for reward app crashes and closes.

@LightningNCL Hi and welcome, please check your game is up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear your cache. the log out and restart your device and then log back in
Also make sure you have at least 2gb of storage space on your device

I have the same problem, everything is up to date but videos keep taking me out of the game. I have done all of the above but they are still not working

Hi dear please note that video ads feature is a bonus feature and sometimes there are temporary issues in this. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon.

Not working again today and a restart didn't help. App just closes as soon as a video tries to start.

It is all up to date anf I'm paying on the phone as on pc you don't have ads that bring rewards. But this afternoon when I started playing, all back to normal. Without any update or clearing the caches and cookies.

Advertising videos crash the app, it happens at the start of each day, I force close the app on my Android phone, log out of Facebook then log in, I have to do this numerous times then it works, please can you help, I have now passed 8000 levels and the has just started to happen.

@Critch2309 Hi and welcome. Please try to check for an update , clear you game cache ( NOT DATA) and log out and restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If not can you let us know what AD is crashing
