Lack of Support - Level 8000
I followed the last conversation. I submitted my 4th or 5th form with my player id as mentioned in one of the responses to the Level 8000 post.
I am still getting the same response from the robot. Very frustrating and extremely poor customer care.
All I would like are the same rewards for completing level 8000 as other players.

This is a temporary problem and Game Studio is aware of this problem.Work is already underway to resolve the issue, and the prize should reach your game as soon as this error is resolved.

Dont worry look at the message from our CM on this issue.
If something went wrong in your game and you didn't get the reward for reaching level 8000 in the game, don't worry! Tiffi is keeping a track on this and sending all players the reward afterwards.
If you missed out the level 8000 rewards, keep the app updated and the reward will pop later on!

That’s where I started before posting again.
Some players are receiving the rewards on an individual level after contacting King - others are not (me included).
Why does the ‘group fix’ seem to be selective?
