Okay, thanks! I cannot retroactively fix that for you but hopefully it won't happen again. I recommend checking that you have the latest game version in case that's something that would be fixed recently.

This happened to me too, several times 😏 now latest I got what I really needed too, timers on color bomb and wraps, and also an ufo. It's frustrating 😣
This is happening to me too, it shows it's been completed but I get no rewards and when I go back after playing, the score has gone down only for it to go back up to show me I have completed it again!
This is now happened to me to. I worked very hard to complete my challenge and now all my gifts are frozen. I would appreciate if you could fix this and give me the rewards I truly deserve. Thank you
