Hi,

I'm on level 1629 and have lost the app on my I pad. I have reinstalled the app but my progress has not been saved. I can play the game on my phone how do I sync the devices, I can’t see settings anywhere, thankyou Gill

Go to MY PROFILE, then log in with whatever you used to do so (facebook or King email). Hope this helps!

@Gilly122 Hi and welcome, make sure you have signed into the game on the same account as your phone and it should automatically sync to the server. if it does not try playing a level as some times it needs this to force you device to sync to the server correctly
