Is Chocolate Box broken again?

I completed my Chocolate Box this morning, but it won't let me claim the prize. The button is grayed out.
What is it with buttons being grayed out lately? I mean, Saltnado event did the same thing at some eventual point.where its play button grayed out.

@JeffMakesGames Hi and welcome, this is the first report of an issue so would try the standard troubleshooting tips and see if this resolves your problem.
Check device and game are up to date and log out and ret5art your device and then log back in and see if this resolves the error.
If not let us know, have used mine this morning and had no issues

This is the Facebook version. Firefox browser. Claim prize button for Chocolate Box is grayed out.

@JeffMakesGames Hi again please clear your browser cache and see if this resolves the problem, and if not try a different browser to see if this works. i will check my chocolate box on facebook with chrome to see if i have any issues on this

Make sure update your App .
The Chocolate Box is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.
