@MitzRatu Hi and welcome. The game team monitor the new levels very closely and if the data and feedback they receive from this deems a level to easy or to hard they will amend it, but all we can do is keep trying the level as it may or may not get amended depending on the data received

I'm having the same trouble with this level. No boosters, no extra moves, very frustrating. I'm sure I'll get through it eventually, but not much fun trying to get those wafers released and cleared from the bottom of the board. Happy Crushing everyone. We'll get there. But for the time being.... grrrrrrrr!!

Lost count of tries, well over 200. Think I’m done with CC now, was recently stuck on a previous level & obviously rigged to purchase extra moves but no longer willing to pay, oh well, I’ll be just another loyal paying customer no longer funding! Way to go developers, keep those investors happy! SMH.
