I cannot connect to the spin wheel. It keeps saying that it is loading. I have emptied my cache, bought a new android phone, I have the newest version of the app, I am connected to my Facebook account and all of my other features work. It has been doing this for over a year on both my old Samsung Galaxy and my new Samsung Galaxy S10.

Hi and welcome to the community.
Very strange that it has still happening on two devices and you have downloaded the new app. Normally reinstallation rectifies all the issues in the game. In this case i would advise you to please contact our player support directly from the settings of your game application so they can look into it.
Please click on settings icon, ? And help center and send them email.
You may also contact them through this link.
You need your game id for this.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.
