I moved your comments from an old thread in 2019 to this thread that is regarding the issue you are experiencing.
My phone and apps update automatically. 260GB of memory is plenty of space I would say. And latest version of Android OS. It is definitely not about the phones, it's the game. Crashes whenever you try to watch reward ads. I do not understand developers who are doing updates on apps and programs that already working pretty much perfectly ๐

Yes the issue is well known to the studios and they are working on it to resolve it. Some also claimed that it has been fixed for them. So please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it is still not resolved. Please have patience and soon it will be resolved. You may avoid watching ads for few days.
