My game keeps freezing mid play. I have lost countless gold bars(that I purchased) on boosters. I have restarted my phone, made sure the app was “updated”.....everything that has been suggested by the King helpers. I’m just annoyed that I have lost money and gold bars.
I just want to back up what amandath is saying. I play on iPad and my game has also been freezing and the screen going black several times a day for several weeks now. So there is a bug in the game.
Same problem. For the past month Candy Crush constantly goes to black screen and freezes losing progress. IF you came back a few hours later it miraculously comes back up but of course it's rebooted and any progress or special king offerings like unlimited lives for 24 hours are gone. Please answer this King before I just delete the game and forget about it.
