my daughter raised dairy goats in 4H, and I was very involved in helping her with them: transporting them to county fairs, or taking them to breed on another farm, attending and assisting births, and many other jobs. I fell in love with every one of them, especially after seeing them born, and helping mamas giving birth. They are very curious, affectionate and sensitive creatures. During those days, I would very often get covered with all kinds of goaty-messes, and would often say βdonβt touch me, Iβm all goatie!β We have moved on from those days but still remember those special times very fondly.
