@MarcS1967 Hi and welcome, Please try checking your game is up to date and logging out of your game and restarting you device and then try logging back in and see if this solves your issue. There has been two other reports of this today so may be a temporary glitch. Will tag @kiara_wael as she may be able to get someone to look in to this

Please try other options before uninstalling, as you may lose drivers. Progress is not lost on reinstallation. Have you tried logging out / restarting device / clearing cache / logging in? Those steps should help.
I would also try turning the internet off and back on again.
I would appreciate if you keep us informed of the evolution of the problem.

We've got a few more reports on this and I think it's a temporary problem. I'm going to report the matter to my team right now and I'll let you know as soon as I get any information😉
You don't have to follow any troubleshooting steps right now and just keep playing the game.
