@Dwin Hi and welcome, As stated above the issue is being investigated but we will have to be patient
For facebook game try logging out the game and clearing the browser history and then restarting your device and see if this solves the issue
For android device, clear the cache from the app store and then log out and restart your device and see if this helps
For iphone ipad, try clearing the cache in safari and log out and restart your device to see if this helps
If this does not work the only option at present is to wait for a fix or to reinstall

@Romadean Hi and welcome, The issue has been reported and we are awaiting news on a fix for this at present.
You can try logging out and clearing the cache of your game and then restart your device and log back in and see if this solves the issue
There have been people saying reinstalling solves the issue but if you do this you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVEs

This happened to me. I saved my progress and reinstalled the app and all of my boosters were lost! SUPER disappointing. I don’t hoard my boosters but I got a few good ones for passing a major milestone and never got a chance to use them... such a bummer. Would love to see them get restored or give some free boosters for this mess.
