My game seems to be frozen. I’ve turned my phone on and off, but the game doesn’t want to connect to the Internet. I have reloaded the game in the past but I have lost my progress because of it and I don’t really want to do that again. What other steps can I take?

Please note that if your were to lose your levels there are ways to get these restored, but as you play on a mobile device any boosters or lives would be lost by uninstalling

So switching the device on and off is 1 point. Check the Play Store (Android) or if you have another device, the game for updates

The wheel also seems to be missing along with The team challenge part

I restarted my phone numerous times to see if it would kick it out of whatever is doing with no luck. I’m afraid to uninstall the game because I’ve done that in the past and I’ve lost my progress

Your game app has been corrupted and you need to get the solution by reinstalling the app after uninstalling it.😌

To do this you will lose unsaved levels and stored boosters.

But you will not be disappointed because you will get back the levels you passed before the problem started.

Moreover, even if you lose the entire game progress, it will be possible for us to take you to your current level.

So I reinstalled the app and it dropped me all the way down to level six, I knew this was going to get messed up
