Try standard troubleshooting tips . check game is up to date , log out and restart your device and then log back in
If the date/ time was changed on your device this can also cause your features to disappear

This was probably a temporary error, but did you checked the game through Restart?

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
