Frozen

My game seems to be frozen. I’ve turned my phone on and off, but the game doesn’t want to connect to the Internet. I have reloaded the game in the past but I have lost my progress because of it and I don’t really want to do that again. What other steps can I take?

Please note that if your were to lose your levels there are ways to get these restored, but as you play on a mobile device any boosters or lives would be lost by uninstalling

To do this you will lose unsaved levels and stored boosters.
But you will not be disappointed because you will get back the levels you passed before the problem started.
Moreover, even if you lose the entire game progress, it will be possible for us to take you to your current level.
