I cannot send requests

I have an issue for a long time now... I cannot send any life request. I contacted via email and no answer. I used all my prizes in order to uninstall and reinstall the app. It worked but the second I clear the app from the open apps on my phone it stops sending. So please can someone help? It is not a delay issue.

    There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

    Hello @litsadrakopoulou and good day to you.

    Understood that you're not able to send life requests for quite sometime.

    Pls try and disconnect the device fm internet, wait for several seconds or more before reconnecting back to the internet. Play a level and try to send lives to your friends after that.

    I hope the above method is able to temporarily fix the issue as such issue has been on-going and actual fix is still in progress. Thus, continue playing and uninstalling the game is not necessary.

  • Hey there and thanks for the help but the "disconnect" suggestions unfortunately did not work!

    Is there anything else that we can try please?

    Unfortunately no other way as the issue comes and goes and it is still being fixed.

    In my case, I'm playing the game in multiple devices. So I normally switched deices if I'm out of lives as the lives will start at full lives if you log in to a different device. I also played in different platform or browser. I will make sure I log out from the game before logging in another device to ensure that my game progress is saved and sync.

    The above is my personal experience. I'm not sure whether it works for others. You may try though.

    Hi. I'm sorry you can't solve your problem. The internet connection worked for me for a few minutes. But what I wanted to tell you is that when you contact by email, the answer is most likely to be spam. First you would receive an automated message saying that they would contact you shortly. And then they contact. It is very likely that you have them in junk mail.

    Unfortunately I still struggle with this issue and sending lives from my mobile phone doesn't seem to work! Are there any news updates or any troubleshooting that I may try?
