Unfortunately, the box does what it wants right now. For me it doesn't work again a few days later. I suspect King is working on it. Check your game for updates.
I can't claim my chocolate box on my laptop or on my iphone. The button is grayed out.

Yes, that's the case with many players at the moment. King is working on it. Be patient.
Hi all,
I've also experienced grey out chocolate box also a message stating "can't connect to the server". If you received this message, simply close the box, wait for few seconds. After that, I'm able to select the quests in the chocolate box again.
As for the greyed out area on the claim button, I just ignore it and continue playing few levels still I'm out of lives. When I return to the game half and hour later, it allows me to play.
Thus, please patience and the issue will fixes itself and it varies among players. Just take note.

I’m having the same issue.
the candy box does not recognize when I have completed the task and is stuck. This is happening on my computer and IPad. I have restarted both with no change. I have also deleted one completed task and reset to another which I also completed but it's still stuck. It has been this way for over a week. How can this been rectified?
