Is this still an ongoing issue? I get some lives but not from others. I’ve done all the trouble shooting. Is there an ETA? Thanks

still waiting for the issue of not receiving lives from friends through facebook. has 1 day this week where i did get some lives and i thought it was fixed, but now it's happening again. please get this fixed, and why can't we hold more than 8 lives, will there ever be an increase in the future?

I am receiving lives normally, but I can’t send lives. 🤷🏻♀️
when I try to send, open a blank Facebook webpage and close suddenly, back to the game and the live haven’t been sent. 🤷🏻♀️
