As mentioned by our Game Expert, Superstar and Player above, the issue is still being fixed. Whilst waiting for it to be fixed, please close off the ad if it appears in your game to prevent it from auto shutting your app.

Yes this matter has now resolved - the ad wasn't really frustrating but the fact being in middle of the game or just starting the game and then just the game just switching off completely was really ๐ค but I'm glad this problem has now been issued and I can play the game as normal.

The candy crush ad crash has returned (Wed 9th December). One of the ads causes a black screen. Once this happens the candy crush has to be closed or restarted to continue.
It's started crashing again, it's happening to me and my friends. Can someone report it please
Happens sometimes..
This not just an issue with CCS or just King's Games' this happens with other games too
