Hi and welcome to the community.
10 gold bars are awarded once you win the episode race. Did you manage to win the race. If ok then please do the standard troubleshooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. Check once again if you still recieve them.
If not please report to our player support either directly from the settings of your game application or use this link.

Although I don't understand the message you've received as per your image as it is in foreign language. However, I think it's a message for players who have not been playing actively, which is to inform you that you can win 10 gold bars in the game 😊
The event that offer you 10 gold bars is the episode race. If you are in the first place of completing the entire episode, you'll get 10 gold bars. Second and third place each get 5 gold bars and 3 gold bars respectively.

I haven't any pic of the first message, I just clicked on it and assumed I would get the gold bars in the game. I have completed all the levels at the moment (on Android), don't remember which place I ended up on the race, it was gold but how many I don't remember now.
Never mind this time, but I'll keep an eye out if it happens again, sad to miss out on gold 😏
