How can I transfer my Facebook data to my king account?

I am changing Facebook accounts and need to transfer my data to my king.com account so I can save my data without Facebook. Can you please tell me how to do this via iOS? When I log into the app via king.com it erases my game progress.

Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?
Quite simply yes you can! It's really straightforward to sync your progress between Facebook, mobile and King.com, which means if you would like to switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the game again.
To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:
- Go to the King website at King.com/games
- Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
- Select ‘Account’
- You will be prompted to confirm your password
- Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
- Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com

Hello and welcome to the community.
Here's how you can create a King.com account and follow along further with the instructions in case you want to sync it with your existing Facebook account.
1. Go to king.com and click on "Games" tab at the left upper corner.
2. Scroll down and select a game.
Once you have the game open, you can find "Save your progress" at the left hand side.
Follow along these instructions if you want to sync the King.com account with your Facebook game.
Click on Settings at the right top corner.
Select "Account" for progression sync. Be sure to sync with the correct Facebook account as you cannot undo the sync.

I am trying to load king.com in a web browser on my PC and it’s just loading a blank page? I have tried FF, Chrome and Edge. Why won’t it load? Am I missing a plug-in or something?

@Jamie_Brand Hi again, try checking your browser for an up date and clear your browser cache and then restart your device and see if this resolves your issue. i am on king.com site now on latest version of edge and have no issues with this

Also, once I sync my Facebook data with my king account, I can safely delete my Facebook account and not lose anything correct? As it’ll be saved on my king account?

@Jamie_Brand Hi again. It will sync your levels and gold bars, but your lives and boosters are on the device itself so if you game was on a mobile device these will not transfer over.
Before you delete facebook account log out of your account and log in with the king account to make sure it has synced correctly before deleting facebook account

Cannot transfer my account from facebook. Kept getting an error that it’s unable to transfer. Tried multiple times and doesn’t work
