Magic Season unable to see or claim rewards and Sweet Streak reset

I’ve been doing the Free track on Magic Season (genie) and in the last day it stopped showing me the rewards but keeps saying I have unclaimed rewards.

Also, my win streak just reset to 1 but I haven’t lost any levels nor has the app on my phone crashed.

I have tried logging out and back in and restarting my phone.

@TheTurnboughs Hi and welcome, I am guessing this is an android phone, so would try logging out the game and clear the game cache in you app store ( NOT DATA). then restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue

It’s an iPhone. I know how to close the app and have tried that but have never heard about clearing the cache. Is that something I can do on an iPhone?

@TheTurnboughs You can clear the cache in safari, i know its the app you playing but think all cache file go to safari as certain things safari cache needs to be cleared for when issues

I'm having the same problem on my android device:

Free track on Magic Season (genie) and in the last days it stopped showing me the rewards but keeps saying I have unclaimed ones.

Also still getting no lives by friends. It seems that I can send and ask for lives, (although I don't know if it's really working), but I'm never receiving any. That problem's existing since I first time connected King with Facebook and that's quite a while ago. Very annoying and always blasted my boosters and gold by trying it the hard way now and then!

I have the same problem with Magic Season. I have tried all their suggestions , nothing worked. Very frustrating!, please fix the game

We're sorry for your inconvenience😔 As per the screenshot above I can see the Magic Season is not uploading properly and I think it is a graphics problem. Also we have received a few more reports about the problem and we will report the problem to our team. However it may be a little late to find a solution to this situation as it is now the holiday season.
