Hi there - please help. This evening I connected my app to Facebook in order to “not lose my progress”. Well, that’s exactly what happened.
I’ve been playing this game for several years, and have spent 10’s of $$s on it. I’m on approximately level 2,150 - not exactly sure. But I did take a screenshot of when I reached 2,000 on September 29th.(image attached)
I’ve searched the community for help, but nothing seems to work. Please help. Thank you!

May I know whether this is your first time saving your game with your Facebook acc? If yes, please refer below to get back your level esp. the last paragraph.
If for any reason you're here because you can't recover your progress as you didn't already create a profile, don't worry about that either. Just go ahead now and create a King profile or link to a Facebook profile and get in touch by hitting the back button on this menu and in the 'My Game Progress' subject just choose the 'I have lost my progress' sub-topic in there.
We'll only need to know the level number you reached and provided we can find you using your newly saved profile details, we can restore your progress pronto!

If it's still not worked after try following these steps on above, please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), then waiting for their team will contact and help you to restore your current level on this game soon. 😊

Kindly try and log out again, restart your device, and log back in. Play a level and see whether you will go back to your original level.
If the above doesn't work, you need to email your issue to King Support and provide them your game ID. Your user ID can be found here.
Once you have emailed your issue to King's support team, you will receive a notification that your enquiry is in the process. Just keep replying to that email accordingly.
If you didn't get your progress restored, please come back to us.
