Hi my name is Meg and I’m have issues login on the app on my iPad. It’s not recognizing my email or password that I just changed. Please help fix this issue.
@simplifyme914 Hi and welcome, Please try clearing the cache in safari and restarting your device, then try logging back in and see if this resolves your issue
@simplifyme914 Sounds like maybe you may have mistyped password s o just do a new password reset, use forgot password you will get email link to your email to reset password
