Hi @ursonly0009/farha welcome to our community! Where are you playing the game? Computer? Mobile device? I play on Windows 10 for all my King games and also mobile devices. I haven't played through Facebook in over 2 years because every so often there are glitches such as what you are describing about connecting. Have you ever played through King?
