It is achievable if you use colour bomb + wrapped candy, and make sure the wrapped candy/candies are on the right in line with the waffles. Good luck!

As far as I can see this morning nothing has changed. The waffles still fall every move so that it is impossible to get to the jellies on the bottom.
Edit: And are there less moves than before? Or is it required to clear more waffles and licorice to open the center rows? I am running out of moves before even getting a chance to clear the side columns (which wasn't an issue before).

You are correct, the level is still broken thanks to the refusal of the developer to address the one aspect of the level that was wrong- the frequency of the waffles dropping. I don't think any of the waffle and liquorice requirements have changed, although i also noticed it took longer to clear the bottom. I think the liquorice drops less frequently, or at least it seems to, and it takes longer to meet that requirement to clear the bottom. Of course, as the waffles continuously drop all the time, you have no problem meeting the waffle requirement!

The level is definitely fixed now. Very straightforward. No more dropping liquorice or waffles to worry about, just clear what is there.

Confirmed. It's been nerfed. One and done, no boosters needed.
