To check that you have received the boosters from the wheel booster, simply tap on your profile and you will see some of the boosters have a twinkling indicator above it, this means that there is new item added to that particular boosters. Kindly check to ensure that you have received them.
Otherwise, please follow the other suggestions as mentioned above.
