Can't get a reply from support

I contacted candy crush via contact form about missing gold bars last month and still have heard nothing. I've tried through the app and through the contact form on the website. All I get back is this:
I've tried replying to it but just get the same image again.
Why isn't support working?

Please note that only purchased Gold Bars can be refunded or compensated. If your Gold Bars were free, then you most likely will get an autoreply only.

I don't understand why they would ignore their own game crashing and loss of progress.
