I contacted candy crush via contact form about missing gold bars last month and still have heard nothing. I've tried through the app and through the contact form on the website. All I get back is this:
I've tried replying to it but just get the same image again.
Why isn't support working?

Please email directly from the game's Settings and Help Center so Player Support gets your correct Game ID and can look into it. Choose Purchases & Gold Bars as the topic.
Please note that only purchased Gold Bars can be refunded or compensated. If your Gold Bars were free, then you most likely will get an autoreply only.

If you purchased the Gold Bars then: "Settings and Help Center so Player Support gets your correct Game ID and can look into it. Choose Purchases & Gold Bars as the topic."
