Having issues with Level 507

I'm stuck on 507, and I can't beat the thing, even with powerups it's impossible to beat- The bombs and striped candy are almost worthless, the fish only shows up at the beginning then never again and the lollipop hammer isn't much help either. To say nothing about trying to beat it without any of those.
ICan anyone give me some ideas on how to beat the level? Because I can't really do anything regarding powerups, and I don't want to spend any money on the game.

In this level, combinations are important.
You need to use these to clear jellies and candy bombs.
You need to focus on handling the candy bombs.
Although the candy bombs are annoying, please do not ignore it.
