Why does for level 8407 with only 23 moves??????? It’s impossible for the cherry to down! And the yellow keys are not removed!

Just watch the video & see how that player did it, YMMV; may the candies (& cherry) similarly fall in your favour.
And since the video creator has apparently sped up the vid, here's how you can slow it down.
