Even you use bunch of UFOs and Party, you need the luck to have the keys to drop down and clear them and also avoid bombs explode within each 6 moves. This level must be fixed.
Also, you can find a player called ProVid_Games that has post a video on this level but it is different. Also, this players seems can use infinite number of UFOs and Party boosters, however, he still cannot complete the level. Is this player from the company?

This level has not been tested properly. I wonder why so many levels are being released recently without thorough testing. Looks like their business is rushing to roll in production releases of half-baked version, only to annoy players and introduce fixes several days later. Seems like inferior business practices.
