@junewc81 Hi and welcome, if you have a king account and want to sync with Facebook you need a PC to do this
Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?
Quite simply yes you can! It's really straightforward to sync your progress between Facebook, mobile and King.com, which means if you would like to switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the game again.
To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:
- Go to the King website at King.com/games
- Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
- Select ‘Account’
- You will be prompted to confirm your password
- Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
- Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com
There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives and some people have issues with avatars since a facebook platfrom upgrade this is being investigated but at present we have no time frame on a fix

Hi and welcome to the community.
Currently we are having some issues on the facebook due to which some of the players are suffering for send/recieve lives or some other issues. Please try to log out and update your facebook application and game application and then try to login again and see if it helps you. Moreover check the below link and see if you are having the correct settings.
hopefully soon the facebook issues will be resolved.

Your game app may have a connection problem, so you are unable to connect the game to Facebook. Can you show me a screenshot of the problem you are having while connecting the game to Facebook?

I followed your instruction on uninstalling the game and then reinstalling the game and it worked out Great I am now connected to Facebook and I have all of my neighbors back and I didn't lose any boosters But I did lose the 658 lives that I have saved. And I also loosed all of my progress in the Space race. Is there any way you can help me out? Thanks
