@fergaloo Hi and welcome. Please check your device and game are up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear the cache. log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If not you may have the connection to store issue that is being investigated. This is a complex issue so is taking some time to resolve, so we have no time frame on a fix for this at present. Game ID's are no longer needed but they helped to identify the issue

If you referring to a message that you've received in your email stating that there's gold bars waiting for you in the game, it is merely informing you that you've gold bars in your account that you haven't been using to play the game in view of your inactive status.
If the above is correct, just continue playing and use your gold bars for any in-game purchase of boosters/lives. If you wish to keep accumulating the gold bars, simply win the episode race or you can also participate in the on-going contests here and stand a chance to win gold bars to your gaming account.
