So I've notice on 2 occasions I received 5 lives, this past 5 lives was finishing 1818 I believe. But they never registered. Is it something I'm supposed to do to get them? That's all. Thank you

Unfortunately, there is one problem that affects many players. You can read about it in the link.
You can only check whether your Facebook settings under apps and websites are OK. The game must be set there in the active list.

@shariwiley Hi and welcome, If you receive the 5 lives when you rank up and you already have a maximum 5 lives you do not receive them as your lives are at maximum. If you had 4 lives you would get 1 to get you to the maximum of 5 lives. This is how it as always been and mant time when you rank up the 5 lives can be useful but sometimes of no help at all
