if not I will delete this game completely and will look for another game because I can’t believe that it is so difficult to get the own score back or to get a completely restart .... -

my Account is still connected with another User. After my account was not available anymore I want to start again from new and I also want to save this with my Facebook account. Can anyone help me please?
i tried everything but every time I connect my game with my account o get the level from the other user
please help me

@Panterle try this had when someone helped there partner out and levels got confused between his and partners.go to facebook game on pc and log out. Whatever internet browser you are using clear the cache / history to the beginning of time (important beginning of time) restart the pc and log back in see if this restores your correct level.
If it does sign out of phone and restart

I tried both but it is still connected with another account...
It is my aim now to start completely from new and to save it with the King account.
But everytime i connect with the king account i get this level from the other person.
So how can i solve this problem?

Hi. To restore your game to level 1, you can send a support email directly from your game. Keep in mind that the responses you receive from support will probably reach your spam, so we advise you to review it. You can also ask CM @Crazy Cat Lad to restart your game.
