Free moves spin wheel

At the end of my allowed moves I failed. The spin wheel that could possibly give me free moves. Says it is loading but never loads in order for me to have a free spin.
yes I am connected to my WiFi. Not sure where to go from here.
please help

Try disconnecting your device from the internet while the game is open. Then reconnect it to the internet. Turning the device off and then on again may also help

Hello there, & it seems like you've got issues similar to players in a different thread; it's allegedly being worked on, so take that for whatever it's worth.
But once that connection issue gets sorted, you'll find that the wheel has been removed (unless you're referring to the purple one that's still available on mobile devices).

I’ve tried all your suggestions but no change. Also within this issue I can not use any of my bars to get extra moves.
another issue I’ve noticed... I can not connect to Facebook either it says (connection error). Therefore I can not send lives to friends. I’m at a total loss🙁

Thank you all for your help. I don’t know how it worked itself out but over the weekend I was given the gift of a new phone. I transferred my information from the old phone which was working perfectly fine, into the new phone. I decided I would give candy crush saga a try and see what my issues were for that day. Turns out it’s working just fine now thank you all for your help have a great day.
