Good Afternoon, please see the attached screen sots for my custom team. One member is playing but not receiving any points. I have logged out of facebook with no change. Please advise Thank you,

Thank you for your response but I am not looking to create a team but to troubleshoot the problem one of my team mates is having and that is that she is not getting any points for having played 26 levels and the score remains at "0". Any suggestions?

Have you Restart Your Device Log out And Log in Then Clear Cache And Data If you use Win 10?

Thank you for your suggestion. I have restarted and logged in/out. I am using a Samsung tablet and do not use windows 10. No change for my team mate.
